Browser Choices (ie. Firefox)

I love this FSX addon, but my only problem with it is that it uses Internet Explorer. Is there a way to change the browser settings so it can use Firefox instead. It would run smoother with FF, and be easier on framerates.

I belong to a virtual airline, and do a lot of long distant flights. So this is a great program to fight boredom.

I too would like to hope the browser it uses can be changed so I could use Google Chrome :) If only I could just get the addon to install in the first place!

Some of us are getting the error "The cabinet file '_F247EE84950D7D0B770BAD116E47DB40' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used." when trying to install it. We haven't gotten a reply from the developers as yet. I saw your post and was wondering:

1. What version of web communicator are you using? Is it the version posted here http://www.fs-commercial.net/FSWebCommunicator/Main/tabid/90/Default.aspx?

2. Did you have to do anything special to get it to install?

3. What version of windows are you running?
