This license agreement relates to the use of Proprietary Material as defined in the Pavel Sirenko. All amendments, attachments and exhibits posted on the website http://www.fs-commercial.net/, which is incorporated by reference into this agreement is owned by Pavel Sirenko on any and all websites of the Licensee.

 

 With regards to the details mentioned henceforth in this agreement, the parties agree as follows:

 

1. Grant Of License. Pavel Sirenko grants Licensee a nonexclusive, nontransferable, personal license to use the Proprietary Material that appears on the Licensor’s website at the time of acceptance of this agreement by the Pavel Sirenko. Licensee acknowledges that any material derived from or incorporating the Proprietary Material cannot be further copied, distributed, or otherwise exploited without Pavel Sirenko’s written approval. The Proprietary Material is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Pavel Sirenko reserves the right to temper the existing information not limited to closing forums on the website. Pavel Sirenko owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Proprietary Material.

 

2. Termination. Pavel Sirenko reserves the right to terminate this license at any time, with or without reason. Upon termination, Licensee will remove all Proprietary Material from all Licensee’s websites. Non execution of this can lead to serious breach of contract and Licensee has to pay litigation damages and expenses, if the case goes to judiciary investigation.

 

3. Modification. This agreement may be amended or modified only in writing and only with the signature of a duly authorized representative of each party. Electronic exchange of signatures cannot be accept as a mode of modification with respect to this contract.

 

4. Indemnification. Licensee agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pavel Sirenko from any and all claims arising from Licensee's use of any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property not owned by Pavel Sirenko, Inc.

 

Hereby Licensee agrees to the terms, conditions and stipulations of this agreement on behalf of his or her organization or business. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications thereto must be in writing and signed by both parties.
